Are you a Sports Graduate with a passion for helping children develop both academically and socially? This role will allow you to work with the PE department, as a form tutor and across over subjects within a well-regarded school. Your background in sports and coaching will be key in providing positive, structured support and helping to manage behaviour in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use your sports and coaching background to provide structure and motivation, encouraging teamwork and discipline.
- Assist teachers in managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a focused and productive learning environment.
- Work closely with the pastoral and learning support teams to develop tailored behaviour strategies for individual students.
- Act as a positive role model, offering guidance and building trust with students in need of additional support.
What we are looking for:
- A Sports Graduate with experience in coaching or working with children, particularly those who display challenging behaviour.
- A bachelor’s degree from a top 20 UK University.
- Confidence in managing behaviour and motivating young boys, with a genuine passion for being a role model.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with staff and independently support students.
- Experience in a school setting or with child-centred activities is essential.
