You will be responsible for supporting a team of seasoned property finance brokers who specialise in Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Commercial Mortgage solutions.

Experience required:
- Experience of managing bridging & development finance cases from enquiry to completion
- Researching and sourcing products
- Packaging complex deals (LTGDV, staged drawdowns, QS monitoring)
- Chasing lenders, valuers & solicitors to hit tight deadlines
- Securing DIPs quickly and progressing deals efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced specialist finance environment
