They are on the lookout for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join their exceptional front‑of‑house team. You’ll be working alongside some of the best chefs and hospitality professionals in the industry, delivering world‑class service in a truly refined setting.

Compensation & Benefits- £31,000 per annum plus circa £10,000 service charge
- Paid travel card – Up to zone 4 (After 6 months)
- Working 46 hours per week – dinner service only
- Set days off – Sunday and Monday
- 2 weeks of set annual leave in both August and January
