The Role
- You will play a key role in managing and enhancing the performance of all legal services, working closely with senior leadership to drive quality, efficiency, and client outcomes.

- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of legal services, ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction.

About You
- You will be a qualified solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE.
- Experienced in civil litigation (volume, insurance, or defendant work advantageous).
- Proven in team leadership, supervision, or operational management within a legal environment.
- Commercially aware, process-driven, and comfortable managing delivery at scale.
- Highly organised, with the ability to balance quality, risk, and efficiency.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume legal services environment.
- Experience within advocacy services, legal operations, or scaled legal delivery models would be highly advantageous.
