The Role (SENDCo):

  • Lead and develop SEND provision across the school, ensuring statutory compliance and best practice.
  • Support teaching staff in planning, adapting, and delivering targeted interventions for pupils with SEN.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of pupils with additional needs, including those with EHCPs.
