We’re working with a well-established serviced apartment company based in the West End area of London. With a strong reputation for providing clean, comfortable, and well-located accommodation, they offer a guest-first approach in a busy, vibrant setting. They’re now looking for a confident and reliable Receptionist to join their front-of-house team.

If you’re someone who thrives in a varied role, enjoys guest interaction, and has experience with the Mews or Opera booking systems, this could be a great fit. You’ll need to be available to start right away, as they’re looking to welcome someone into the team immediately!

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Receptionist:

  • £29,016 per annum plus quarterly bonuses
  • £150 per month wellness bonus after completing a 3-month probationary period – use it for travel, fitness, streaming or anything that helps you recharge!
  • Shift patterns include: 7am to 4pm, 10am to 7pm, and 12pm to 9pm
  • Working in a small, friendly, and supportive team

Responsibilities as a Receptionist:

  • Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, providing excellent customer service
  • Handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the Mews system (experience with Opera or similar PMS also considered)
  • Managing guest queries, resolving issues, and offering local area advice
  • Assisting with bookings, payments, and administration
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable at all times
