The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This role is crucial in delivering high-quality service to customers and ensuring the successful completion of all project work. It involves delivering projects within set timelines and budgets, emphasising quality and adhering to the client's health and safety policy.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Manage project costs effectively
  • Adhere to company ISO, health and safety (H&S) procedures and policies
  • Ensure compliance with company H&S and Construction Design and Management (CDM) requirements, including documentation production
  • Attend site progress meetings, project review meetings, and generate weekly project reports as needed
  • Take overall responsibility for submitting project variations and interim payment applications
  • Assist the Regional Manager or Commercial Director in final account agreements
  • Keep project files updated and aligned with quality management procedures
  • Coordinate with estimating/sales teams on technical and commercial aspects
  • Participate in project handover meetings as necessary
  • Develop and oversee project work schedules
  • Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and Cash to Cash (C2C) reports
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage procurement of control items and approve control panel designs
  • Forecast labour needs and oversee project resource allocation, including design and delivery
  • Manage subcontractors and evaluate their performance regularly
  • Ensure adequate training for assigned operatives
  • Contribute to project design, technical submissions, and external design engineering reviews
  • Prepare Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals and other relevant documentation
  • Participate in necessary training courses and meetings
  • Conduct risk assessments, making adjustments as needed
  • Undertake any other duties as directed by business directors/managers
