Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator, Office Manager, Administrator, Member Services Coordinator, Repairs Planner, Assets Officer, or Housing Officer? Can you take ownership of administrative processes whilst supporting customers and building relationships?
The objective of the role will be to support department heads to ensure outstanding customer services are provided to customers and supply chain partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Engaging with and supporting members
- Drafting, sending, tracking & chasing new membership packs
- Drafting member review packs for existing members
- Compiling management, operational and supply chain reports
- Identifying potential new members and conducting competitor analysis
- Attending member and operational meetings
- Spend monitoring
- Attending conferences and events
- Drafting social media content and managing bulk email communications
- Maintaining audit files
- Taking ownership of the accounts of smaller members
- Supporting contract pack creation
- Identifying additional opportunities to support members
