What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Inspection Consultant:
- Carry out property inspections and produce detailed condition reports using specialist software
- Conduct mid-term tenancy inspections and provide updates to landlords
- Identify maintenance issues and liaise with internal teams to support resolutions
- Discuss property-related concerns with tenants and provide practical guidance where required
- Complete check-out inspections and accurately record property condition at the end of tenancies
- Support deposit negotiation processes and prepare documentation for dispute resolution where necessary
