Learning Mentor: Foster Wellbeing & Learning (Term-Time) in London

Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking a Learning Mentor to join a Good-rated school in Hillingdon from January 2026. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about pupil wellbeing and supporting children in overcoming barriers to learning.
The position involves providing 1:1 support, delivering targeted interventions, and collaborating with teachers. A 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university is required. The salary is between £450 - £530 per week, pro rata to term time only.
