A welcoming and inclusive Good-rated school in Hillingdon is seeking a Learning Mentor to join their team from January 2026. This Learning Mentor role is ideal for someone passionate about pupil wellbeing, behaviour support, and helping children overcome barriers to learning in a structured, nurturing environment.

Learning Mentor – What the School is Looking For
The ideal Learning Mentor will be proactive, compassionate, and resilient, with a genuine interest in supporting children's development. A 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university is required, alongside previous child-centred experience. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.

Learning Mentor – Salary and Contract Info

Β£450 - Β£530 per week, pro rata to term time only

Full-time, long-term contract

Term-time only
