The Role
You’ll lead one or more multi‑disciplinary product teams, driving end‑to‑end delivery across a suite of data‑led digital products. Working in a high‑ambition environment, you’ll ensure delivery is aligned to both strategic outcomes and user needs while maintaining strong agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex digital/data products across multiple teams
- Oversee delivery against roadmap, milestones, and key outcomes
- Manage dependencies, risks, and performance using data‑driven insight

- Drive high‑quality agile delivery across product teams

What We’re Looking For
- Product Management experience within a healthcare setting
- Prior Health Digital experience
- Proven experience leading delivery across complex digital or data programmes
- Strong background in agile, user‑centred, and iterative delivery environments
- Experience managing multiple teams or portfolios at scale

- Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk, and performance management
