As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will constantly engage with marketing, media and e-commerce departments to consult and sell into the media mix for leading brands. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients and cross-sell from existing ones. Your key tasks will include:
- Outreach & Prospecting: you are able to open doors and start the right conversation at enterprise clients, such as FMCG, Electronics, Home Appliances, etc.
- Build and nurture marketing and client networks.
- Presenting & proposals: you are able to demonstrate expertise and trust in the media landscape and pinpoint where Consumer Content belongs.
- Building pipeline and negotiating campaigns.
- Project onboarding and client retention.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience (min. 4-7 years) in Marketing, Sales or Communications at a large (FMCG or Electronics) company and/or communication/media/marketing agency.
- A strong combination of sales data-driven behavior and human touch that easily creates trust with clients.
- Strong commercial experience, with in-depth experience in CRM, sales enablement and outreach.
- Ability to work independently and being persistent in handling objections.
- The appeal of a fast-growing, dynamic work environment excites you and drives your energy to contribute to an innovative company.
- Fluent in English.
- Passion for educating marketers on innovative, "back-to-basics" marketing techniques, including Word of Mouth (WoM) marketing and consumer content marketing (such as reviews, social media, and digital sampling).
