Director of Health, Safety & Environment based in South-East England with international travel. Salary: £120,000–£130,000 base + 25% bonus + car allowance.

An opportunity to lead Health, Safety and Environment for a growing energy and critical infrastructure business delivering projects for international clients. The business has a defined HSE framework in place and is seeking a senior leader to provide stability, oversight and leadership across European and international operations, while contributing to the evolution of the HSE approach as the organisation matures.

You will take ownership of HSE leadership across international operations, ensuring effective delivery of existing standards and supporting the development of future improvements aligned to business growth.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own HSE leadership and performance across international operations
  • Ensure consistent application of policies, standards and governance
  • Support senior leaders in delivering safe, compliant operations
  • Input into longer-term HSE planning and improvement initiatives
  • Represent HSE at senior leadership and external stakeholder level
About you:
  • Proven HSE leadership experience at Director or Senior Head of level
  • Experience within Energy, Infrastructure, Mechanical or Industrial construction project environments
  • International exposure and stakeholder management capability
  • Calm, pragmatic and confident operating at senior level
  • Willing to travel regularly – whilst managing own diary
