I’m working with a strategic brand and innovation agency to find a Freelance PR & Communications Manager to support both the agency’s in-house PR and marketing, as well as PR and content delivery for one of their key clients - a fast-growing beauty-tech business.

This is a senior, hands-on freelance role, ideal for someone who can think strategically, and deliver high-quality PR and content across multiple workstreams.

The role

  • In-house agency PR & marketing
    • You’ll take ownership of the agency’s communications activity, including:
    • Managing social content across LinkedIn and Instagram
    • Writing newsletters, thought leadership, opinion pieces and commentary
    • Drafting press releases and delivering proactive media outreach
    • Building exec profiles and securing visibility across trade, business and innovation media
    • Developing website content and client case studies
    • Supporting agency visibility around events and key industry moments
    • Tracking trends across beauty, wellness, design, retail and culture, and turning insight into strong PR and content ideas
  • Client PR & content (Beauty / Tech)
    • Alongside the in-house work, you’ll deliver PR and content for one agency client, including:
    • Developing PR angles, media lists and outreach strategies
    • Writing press releases, expert commentary and thought leadership
    • Managing social content and messaging (LinkedIn & Instagram)
    • Translating complex, technical innovation into clear, engaging narratives
    • Producing monthly reports and recommendations
