Hunter Savage, a specialist legal recruitment consultancy, is instructed on an opportunity for an Employment Solicitor (4–5 PQE) to join a well-regarded London practice.
This position offers the chance to work closely with experienced employment solicitors advising employer clients on a broad range of workplace matters. The role would suit a commercially minded Employment Solicitor seeking exposure to complex advisory work, high-quality clients and clear long-term progression.
You will join a collaborative team known for delivering practical, business-focused advice to corporate clients across multiple sectors.
Practice Focus- Day-to-day employment law advice to corporate and commercial clients
- Drafting employment contracts, policies and senior executive documentation
- Advising on disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes
- Supporting redundancy programmes, restructures and workforce changes
- Handling Employment Tribunal matters where required
- Providing employment law support on corporate transactions
This role provides excellent exposure to strategic advisory work alongside experienced employment specialists.
Candidate Profile- 4–5 years' PQE in employment law
- Strong experience advising employer clients
- Solid technical drafting and analytical skills
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to client advice
- The ability to manage matters independently within a collaborative team environment
- Experience within a recognised employment practice is desirable.
