The Role
As a Corporate & Commercial Fee Sharing Consultant, you will:
- Manage your own client portfolio with complete autonomy over case selection and client development
- Handle a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters including company formations, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance
- Build and develop your practice with full support from experienced administrative and compliance teams
- Set your own working patterns with flexible arrangements to suit your lifestyle and business needs
- Retain a significant proportion of fees generated through a transparent and generous fee sharing arrangement
- Collaborate with fellow consultants across various practice areas for cross-referral opportunities
About You
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with current practising certificate
- Minimum 3+ years PQE in Corporate & Commercial law
- Proven track record of managing own caseload and client relationships independently
- Strong technical knowledge across corporate transactions, commercial contracts, and company law
- Existing client base or demonstrable ability to generate and develop business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness
Desirable:
- Experience in business development and client acquisition
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities
