Role Overview

Work as a Cladding Designer / Façade Designer delivering technical design packages across cladding, curtain walling, and façade systems from concept through to installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce AutoCAD 2D cladding drawings (plans, elevations, details, fire barriers)
  • Panel layouts, sub-grid setting out, fabrication drawings
  • Site surveys, design meetings, and technical coordination
  • Liaise with architects, structural engineers, façade consultants, and suppliers
  • Manage RFIs, drawing registers, and technical submissions

Requirements

Experience:

  • 3–5+ years UK cladding / façade design experience

Software:

  • AutoCAD 2D (essential)
  • Revit / SketchUp / Bluebeam (desirable)

Technical Knowledge:
