An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a brand new 4-star luxury boutique hotel in the heart of London, set to open its doors next month. This stylish new opening will feature a relaxed all-day dining restaurant centred around seasonal British cuisine, with a focus on beautifully executed small plates. Alongside the restaurant, there will also be a strong events offering, making this a varied and dynamic kitchen environment. You will ideally be available immediately.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Chef De Partie:

  • £15.50 per hour plus circa £4,000 per annum service charge
  • 40-hour contract with paid overtime (around 45 hours per week on average)
  • Working in a brand new, state-of-the-art kitchen

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie:

  • Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes across the all-day dining menu
