We are delighted to be working with a flavour-focused French restaurant located in the heart of London. They are looking for an ambitious Chef De Partie to join their team of 5 in creating a wide array of seasonal, French-inspired dishes packed with bold flavours. You will have experience working at 2 Rosette level and above.
What’s in it for you as a Chef De Partie?
- £34,000 to £36,000 per annum (DOE) plus £3,000 to £5,000 service charge
- Set days off – Sunday and Monday
- Working 3 double and 2 single shifts per week
- Set 6 weeks of holiday: 2x Christmas, 2x August, 1x March and 1x May
Responsibilities
- Creating a variety of stunning French-inspired dishes for 20 to 30 covers at lunch and 45 to 50 covers during the evening service
- Running a section and ensuring consistently high-quality dishes
- Going above and beyond to elevate your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades
- Making the most of the restaurant's access to the freshest ingredients sourced from small, independent suppliers
- Showcasing outstanding communication and teamwork skills
You will be joining the team during a really exciting chapter as they work toward earning further accolades. Therefore, this is an unmissable opportunity to enhance your culinary skillset as you work closely alongside a highly motivated and knowledgeable team.
