Our client is a family-run two-Rosette restaurant located in a leafy London suburb, offering modern French-inspired cuisine using exceptional seasonal British and continental produce. They are seeking a dedicated Chef De Partie to join their brigade and play a key role in delivering consistent excellence across their kitchen.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Chef De Partie:
- £38,000 per annum package
- Structured 7-shift rota over 5 days: 1 early shift, 2 late shifts and 2 doubles
- Sunday & Monday off
- Working alongside a team of 10 talented chefs
- Working in an award-winning kitchen environment recognised for service and food quality

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie:
- Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard, showcasing the restaurant’s refined modern French-British style
- Catering for 40 covers per service during the week and up to 100 on Fridays & Saturdays
- Taking ownership of your section, managing mise en place, consistency and cleanliness throughout service
- Contributing creative ideas to menu development and supporting seasonal changes with the Head Chef
- Guiding and supporting junior chefs, promoting teamwork and attention to detail
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Strong experience as a Chef De Partie, ideally within a fine-dining or two/three-Rosette environment
- Excellent technical skills and a keen attention to detail
- The ability to thrive under pressure and manage time-sensitive operations with calm and clarity
