We are working with a highly reputable and well-known facilities management contractor who provide all-round building maintenance services to clients throughout the UK. Due to continued expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a mobile cabinet cleaner to join the teams.

Role

  • Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • You will have experience carrying out ppm and reactive maintenance works.
  • Delivery of planned cleaning of refrigerating cabinets.
  • Liaison with the Supervisor to ensure that cleaning tasks are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations HSE management systems, procedures or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all colleagues follow safe systems of work on site.

Person

  • You will live locally and be happy to travel throughout North London.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • You must have previous experience in this field.
  • You must hold a full UK driving licence.

Package

  • Base salary £31,870.
  • Monday - Thursday - 8pm – 7:30am.
  • Shared Van with Lead engineer.
  • No Call Out Overtime available.
  • 33 days annual leave.
