Known for their quality of work and long-standing client relationships, they are now expanding their commercial team.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on Business Development role with genuine influence on company growth. Based full-time from the Paddington office, you will focus on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading the bid writing and estimating process, while overseeing a small commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within Passive Fire Protection
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, main contractors, and consultants
- Lead the full bid and tender process, including estimating and commercial input
- Manage and support a small commercial team
- Attend client meetings and site visits (travel fully expensed)
- Work closely with senior management to support strategic growth
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Business Development within Passive Fire Protection or a related construction discipline
