The Opportunity:

This is a rare chance to join a high-performing asset finance team at the forefront of specialist lending. Working directly alongside one of the UK's top performing asset finance advisers, you will play a central role in supporting the end to end administration of complex, high value transactions across some of the most exciting asset classes in the market.

The Role:

As Asset Finance Administrator you will provide comprehensive support to a senior adviser, ensuring deals are progressed efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion. You will work across a diverse and prestigious portfolio of asset classes including fine art, prestige and classic cars, aviation, marine, and high-value property.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full administration lifecycle of asset finance transactions from submission to completion
  • Liaising with lenders, valuers, legal teams, and specialist introducers on live cases
  • Preparing and submitting credit applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Chasing outstanding information from clients, lenders, and third parties to keep deals progressing
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records on the CRM system
  • Coordinating valuations and insurance requirements for high-value assets
  • Preparing client-facing correspondence and deal summaries to a high standard
  • Supporting the adviser with pipeline management, reporting, and diary coordination
  • Ensuring all activity is conducted in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance requirements
