As an Academic Support Assistant (Maths), you will work closely with experienced teachers, the Head of Department, and pastoral staff to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted academic support to students across Years 7–11
- Deliver tailored 1:1 and small-group Maths intervention sessions
- Support students in overcoming learning barriers and improving attainment
- Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams to monitor student progress
- Assist with lesson preparation, classroom resources, and assessment activities
- Promote a positive, focused, and inclusive learning environment

Candidate Profile:
- A recent Maths graduate from a leading UK university (2:1 or above preferred)
