We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager for an RICS professional property practice in City of London (EC4) which has a strong focus on asset management, to help manage a mixed commercial portfolio and develop landlord relationships. Our client will consider a candidate who is on the APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) and looking to achieve MRICS in the commercial property sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial assets across central London
  • Oversee rent collection, arrears management and service charge matters
  • Support lease renewals, rent reviews and asset optimisation strategies
  • Act as key point of contact for landlords, tenants and professional advisors
  • Carry out regular property inspections and reporting
  • Identify and support business development opportunities within the portfolio

Skills & Experience

  • RICS qualified or AssocRICS preferred (or working towards)
  • Experience in commercial property management or surveying
  • Strong understanding of asset management principles
  • Knowledge of central London commercial markets
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in property management systems and reporting tools
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage a varied workload independently
