Key Responsibilities
- Work from the on‑site sales office and show homes at the development site
- Handle enquiries from prospective buyers and convert interest into appointments
- Conduct guided viewings of show homes and available plots
- Support customers through the reservation process through to completion
- Manage sales progression and maintain accurate CRM records
- Liaise with site teams, solicitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
Skills & Experience
- Previous residential sales experience preferred (new homes experience not essential)
- Strong customer‑facing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confident working independently on a live site
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
