We are hiring for our client, a well-established and growing organisation within the manufacturing sector, who are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join their HR team. The Role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across production and warehouse teams
  • Support workforce planning and headcount requirements in line with business needs
  • Advertise roles across job boards, social media and recruitment platforms
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
  • Coordinate onboarding, including contracts, documentation and inductions
  • Ensure compliance with right to work checks and recruitment processes

The Person

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment or HR
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns within a production/customer service environment
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders
  • Experience using HR systems, ATS or recruitment platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Drivers license and access to transport
