We are currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for a LGV Mechanic to join our expanding fleet department.
Responsibilities
- Undertake Ministry and Inspection
- Complete servicing as reported on service list
- Repair defects as reported by sites on defect list
- Diagnose faults and maintain vehicles within region
- Complete job cards and ensure they are returned in a timely manner
- Liaise with stores to enable efficient stock management and parts ordering
- Vehicle servicing and general maintenance
- Fault diagnosing
- Undertake vehicle repairs as and when required
- MOT preparation
- Complete job card
- Stock and materials management
- Health and Safety compliance
- Attend breakdowns
Qualifications and Experience Required
- 3 years minimum working within LGV mechanics
