A New Homes Sales Consultant opportunity based on an exclusive development in Lewes, representing a high-quality housing developer. You will be responsible for welcoming and guiding prospective buyers through the purchase of beautifully designed new build homes.
Working directly from the sales office and show homes on site, you will manage enquiries, conduct viewings, and support customers through every stage of their buying journey. You’ll ensure a smooth, professional and engaging experience from first contact through to completion. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Working from the on-site sales office and show homes at the development
- Handling enquiries from prospective buyers and converting interest into appointments
- Conducting guided viewings of show homes and available plots
- Supporting customers through the reservation process through to completion
- Managing sales progression and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Liaising with site teams, solicitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions

- Previous residential sales experience preferred (new homes experience not essential)
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confident working independently on a live site
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- A proactive, self-motivated approach to sales and customer service
