Key Responsibilities
- Carry out lettings market appraisals and win new instructions
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and prospective clients
- Advise landlords on pricing, marketing strategies and current market conditions
- Work closely with the lettings team to maximise instructions and completed lets
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in residential lettings with a strong valuation background
- Proven track record of winning new lettings instructions
- Excellent business development and relationship management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Self‑motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Smart, professional appearance with a positive and proactive attitude
