The Role

As a Trainee Development Chef, you’ll support the development of innovative food products that go onto supermarket shelves. Working alongside Development, NPD, Commercial, and Category teams, you’ll be involved from concept through to launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting product development across multiple categories
  • Assisting with customer briefs and concept creation
  • Helping take products from kitchen concept to scaled production
  • Working with technical, procurement, finance, and commercial teams
  • Keeping up to date with food trends, ingredients, and innovation
  • Supporting presentations, tastings, and product launches
About You

You may have a culinary background, some food industry experience, or simply a strong passion for food and innovation. You will likely:
