The Role
As a Sales Administrator / Sales Support Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring deals run smoothly from quote stage through to completion. This is a varied, people-facing role combining sales administration, client liaison, and internal coordination. There are clear opportunities to progress into other areas of the business for those who perform well and want to develop their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and issuing sales quotes and proposals
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
- Liaising with clients via phone and email, delivering a professional service
- Managing and updating CRM systems and internal records
- Supporting deals through the full sales process
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation
- Ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Handling general sales administration and contract support
