As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will provide a welcoming reception service while supporting the wider business with a variety of Key Responsibilities:
- Managing reception and greeting visitors
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Booking meetings, travel, accommodation and restaurants
- Maintaining office supplies and communal areas
- Providing administrative support to Directors and Managers
- Keeping records, filing systems and company portals up to date
Essential Requirements:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Previous administration or reception experience
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Business Administration
