Salary: £80k + 10% Bonus, pension 7.5%, 30 days pa “work from anywhere”, 27 days holiday (rising to 32), L&D budget, Health insurance, excellent maternity/paternity/adoption leave. Hybrid 2 days a week at Cardiff or London office; remote aside from this.
