This nursing home provides residential, nursing, dementia, mental health, and palliative care for adults within a well-established nursing home rated Good by the CQC. As the Lead Nurse you will have the day-to-day responsibility for a designated unit, combining hands-on clinical practice with leadership of the nursing and care team.

What You’ll Need

  • Registered Nurse (NMC).

What You’ll Do

  • Lead clinical care delivery across a designated unit.
  • Support the Home Manager with quality assurance, audits, and compliance.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support nurses and care staff on the unit.
  • Oversee medication management, GP rounds, and clinical decision-making.
  • Complete CHC checklists and support DoLS/LPS processes.
  • Ensure care plans and risk assessments remain accurate and up to date.
