What You’ll Do
- Lead clinical care delivery across a designated unit.
- Support the Home Manager with quality assurance, audits, and compliance.
- Supervise, mentor, and support nurses and care staff on the unit.
- Oversee medication management, GP rounds, and clinical decision-making.
- Complete CHC checklists and support DoLS/LPS processes.
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments remain accurate and up to date.
