Land & New Homes Director
Location: Sutton, SM1 1JA
Position: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Retainer Salary and Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities
- Identifying and securing land and development opportunities
- Building relationships with developers, landowners and investors
- Marketing and selling new build developments
- Conducting site visits, land inspections and development appraisals
- Negotiating deals and progressing transactions through to completion
- Monitoring local market trends, planning activity and development opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous experience within land, new homes or residential development
- Strong understanding of the development and planning process
- Proven ability to generate business opportunities and negotiate deals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the Sutton property market and surrounding areas
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
