Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a client‑facing Financial Planning or Wealth Management advisory role
  • Strong understanding of:
    • FCA regulations
    • Conduct of Business (COBS)
    • Consumer Duty requirements
    • FCA SYSC and compliance standards
    • Financial planning and investment advice processes
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Excellent report‑writing and suitability letter experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to client outcomes
  • Competent IT and CRM system skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements

  • Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Chartered Financial Planner status or working towards Chartered designation
  • Experience advising business owners and high‑net‑worth individuals
