NXTGEN are supporting a major organisation in the search for an Insurance Specialist to join them on a 12-month contract. This Insurance Specialist role sits within a high-profile environment where accuracy, structure, and strong communication are essential.
As the Insurance Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Handling all insurance enquiries promptly and professionally
- Processing insurance claims with internal teams and external insurers
- Reviewing and analysing insurer claim reports
- Producing periodic internal and external reports
- Maintaining accurate insurance records and supporting renewals and adjustments
- Processing insurance-related invoices
- Supporting process improvement initiatives
- Maintaining high standards in safety, security, and quality
What we’re looking for:
- Experience across business assurance, business travel, public liability or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to hit the ground running
- Advanced Excel; SharePoint desirable
- Foundation CII desirable - experience outweighs qualifications
- Must be a British Citizen and meet residency requirements for secure environments
- Must hold an active UK clearance from day one
