The Role
- Manage a broad caseload of immigration matters and provide expert legal advice to individuals and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of personal and business immigration matters
- Advising clients on visa applications, extensions and settlement applications
- Handling sponsorship licence applications and compliance matters
- Supporting employers with business immigration requirements
- Preparing legal documentation and representations
- Managing client relationships and maintaining exceptional service standards
- Keeping up to date with developments in immigration law and policy
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider legal team
About You
We are keen to speak with ambitious and commercially aware solicitors who are passionate about immigration law.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Minimum 3 years' PQE in Immigration Law
- Proven experience handling both personal and business immigration matters
- Strong technical knowledge of UK immigration legislation and procedures
- Experience managing a caseload independently
- Excellent drafting, communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Desirable Experience
- Experience advising corporate clients on sponsorship and compliance matters
- Business development and networking experience
- Additional language skills would be advantageous
Salary & Benefits Package
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
