The Role

  • Manage a broad caseload of immigration matters and provide expert legal advice to individuals and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of personal and business immigration matters
  • Advising clients on visa applications, extensions and settlement applications
  • Handling sponsorship licence applications and compliance matters
  • Supporting employers with business immigration requirements
  • Preparing legal documentation and representations
  • Managing client relationships and maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Keeping up to date with developments in immigration law and policy
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider legal team

About You

We are keen to speak with ambitious and commercially aware solicitors who are passionate about immigration law.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Minimum 3 years' PQE in Immigration Law
  • Proven experience handling both personal and business immigration matters
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK immigration legislation and procedures
  • Experience managing a caseload independently
  • Excellent drafting, communication and client care skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Desirable Experience

  • Experience advising corporate clients on sponsorship and compliance matters
  • Business development and networking experience
  • Additional language skills would be advantageous

Salary & Benefits Package

  • Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
