The Opportunity
As an Immigration Director/Partner, you will play a key role in driving growth and shaping the strategic direction of the Immigration practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a profitable Immigration practice, leveraging your existing client relationships
- Drive business development initiatives and expand the firm’s market presence
- Build and maintain long-term client and referrer relationships
- Provide technical leadership on a broad range of corporate and private immigration matters
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers, contributing to a high-performing and collaborative team culture
- Contribute to firm-wide strategy, thought leadership and brand positioning
About You
We are seeking an accomplished and commercially minded Immigration lawyer with a proven track record at senior level.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- 10+ years’ PQE with substantial UK practice experience in Immigration law
- Demonstrable experience operating at Legal Director or Partner level
- Strong, portable client following with consistent billing history
- Proven ability to win work, grow revenue and build a sustainable practice
- In-depth technical expertise across:
- Corporate immigration (Skilled Worker, Sponsor Licences, Global Mobility)
- High net worth and private client immigration matters
- Compliance and advisory work
- Exceptional business development and networking skills
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing or mentoring teams
