Working closely with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, supporting team performance and driving operational excellence across goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who enjoys motivating teams, solving problems and making a real impact on warehouse performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting warehouse teams across goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch
  • Allocating workloads and monitoring team performance
  • Coaching, training and developing warehouse operatives
  • Ensuring incoming goods are received, checked and stored correctly
  • Overseeing accurate order picking and packing processes
  • Supporting inventory control, stock accuracy and stock takes
  • Monitoring quality standards and investigating discrepancies
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and promoting best practice
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Reporting on operational performance and KPIs

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

  • Previous warehouse supervisory or team leader experience
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
