We are currently seeking an experienced HR Officer / HR Advisor to provide temporary support for an initial 8-week period. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong generalist HR professional to step into a fast‑paced environment and provide hands‑on support across a broad range of HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing employee relations (ER) cases
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Interpreting and advising on HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting with training and development activities
  • Processing maternity and paternity requests, including understanding associated pay elements
  • Conducting monthly payroll sense checks and reviewing payslips
  • General HR administration and support
