Key Responsibilities
- Managing tenancy administration from offer agreed through to move‑in
- Preparing tenancy agreements, legal documentation and compliance paperwork
- Coordinating property compliance requirements and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors regarding tenancy matters and maintenance issues
- Conducting property inspections and supporting occasional property viewings
- Providing administrative support across the lettings department and assisting with day‑to‑day office operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience within a lettings, property or estate agency administration role
- Strong understanding of lettings processes and property compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise a busy workload effectively
- Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and property CRM systems
- Positive, flexible and team‑focused approach to work
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for inspections and viewings
