We are excited to be working with a renowned luxury hotel set within one of the UK’s most breathtaking locations. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Hotel Manager to oversee the full operation of a high-end property, working closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences across every department. Due to the rural location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Hotel Manager:

  • £40,000 to £50,000 (DOE) plus circa £7,000 service charge
  • Live in accommodation available – your own studio for circa £500 per month

Responsibilities as the Hotel Manager:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel across all departments
  • Supporting the General Manager and acting as the senior leader in their absence
  • Ensuring consistently high standards of service, presentation and guest experience
  • Leading and developing departmental managers and senior team members
  • Monitoring operational performance and supporting commercial and financial objectives
