The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

You’ll run the day-to‑day build and distribution of bespoke Power, BMS and PLC control panels.

The challenge: This is a growth phase for the business, and this is a new management role so you have the opportunity to build the role, set the standards and see your impact fast.

Reporting to the MD, you will lead assembly, wiring, testing & quality control. Where needed, you will still be able to jump in on the tools to keep work moving.

You will plan and execute production across multiple projects so that panels are built to specification, and on time; keeping the workshop organised and clean, maintaining records, and upholding quality standards.

To ensure success, you will work closely with colleagues in design, procurement, production and test, to remove bottlenecks early.

Must-haves: Leadership in a control panel shop, strong production planning, hands‑on quality and safety, ISO 9001 awareness.
