A well established property management business is now looking for a Head of Product to lead the strategic evolution of their technical product suite. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll define the long-term technical product vision while also getting into the details needed to drive day-to-day execution. You’ll be the bridge between legacy systems and future-forward innovation—and manage a small team that’s emotionally invested in their clients and brand, but who are hungry for smart, transformative change.

Your key responsibilities will be to create and own a technical product roadmap that prioritizes user value, and long term scalability. You'll lead the evolution of the businesses current platform into a modern system that drives client growth. You'll manage a small team of product and partnership managers to help deliver operational efficiency to drive booking growth.

To succeed in this role you should be from a SAAS or PropTech business with an extensive technical product management background. You should have experience in working with legacy systems while being able to think strategically and commercially.
