Catch 22 are supporting a privately owned, multi award-winning construction and integrated support services business based in the North West who are currently on the search for a Head of Facilities to join their Senior Management Team. Based in Altrincham, the main purpose of the role is to have overall responsibility for managing the FM Division, with a strong focus on driving growth, securing new business, and enhancing long-term client relationships, while ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures. You will have full accountability for all aspects of delivery.
