Overview

Head of Ecommerce & Digital Experience — leading the B2C digital revenue strategy across web and mobile app channels for a global consumer brand. This senior role owns end-to-end digital performance, driving growth through conversion optimisation, merchandising, pricing strategy, and continuous experimentation. You’ll define and deliver the ecommerce roadmap, influence product direction, and use data and customer insight to unlock new revenue opportunities while elevating the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end digital performance across web and mobile app channels.
  • Drive growth through conversion optimisation, merchandising, pricing strategy, and continuous experimentation.
  • Define and deliver the ecommerce roadmap; influence product direction.
  • Use data and customer insights to unlock new revenue opportunities and elevate the customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product, technology, marketing and CRM teams, shaping strategy while delivering results.

Qualifications

  • Senior ecommerce leadership with a track record of driving B2C digital revenue growth.
  • Commercially minded and hands-on, thriving in fast-paced, multi-market environments.
  • Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Proven ability to define roadmaps, influence product direction, and work cross-functionally.
