We are delighted to be working in partnership with one of London's most prestigious 5-star hotels in their search for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the heart of their culinary operation. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a renowned luxury hotel’s main kitchen, overseeing multiple restaurants and bars while leading and inspiring a brigade of 40 chefs. Working within an environment renowned for excellence, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest culinary standards whilst driving innovation, consistency, and team development across the property.
You have proven experience as a Head Chef within a large luxury 5-star hotel environment.
As the Head Chef, you will receive:
- £75,000 per annum plus circa £6,800 service charge and 10% annual bonus earning potential

Responsibilities as the Head Chef include:

- Driving menu execution, culinary standards, and operational excellence across all outlets
- Developing, mentoring, and retaining talented chefs at all levels of the brigade
- Working closely with senior management to deliver outstanding guest experiences and commercial performance
